Inkef is looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial intern to join our venture capital team as we prepare for the launch of our next fund and continue working closely with our portfolio companies. This is a unique, 6-month opportunity to be embedded in the inner workings of a VC fund, with exposure to investor relations, internal operations, portfolio support, and emerging tech, including AI implementation.

You’ll work directly with the partners and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the fund.

Your Responsibilities

• Hunt for the next transformative companies: conduct deep dives and due diligence on tech companies at a very early stage, in line with our investment criteria
• Portfolio support: you will provide analytical support and strategic insights to manage and monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies, fostering growth and addressing challenges.
• Place founders & LPs first: Ensure seamless operations, manage knowledge and take ownership in our collaboration with founders

What We’re Looking For

Background

• Studying or recently graduated from a top-tier academic institution (bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA), preferably in STEM subjects, OR
• Strong track record in a high-performance environment (consulting, startup, VC, IB, strategy, ops, etc.)
• Previous experience in a tech startup, VC, product role, or founder/operator capacity is highly valued
